With a visible presence for over 140 years, CHW hospitals have a proud history of service to communities in California, Arizona and Nevada. Numerous community outreach programs designed to assist those in need are sponsored by CHW hospitals. Free community health services generally include primary care, orthopedics, optometry and childhood immunizations.

In addition to our traditional clinical programs, CHW has also established programs to assist eligible uninsured patients through the enrollment process for government funded insurance programs. Our goal is to help uninsured individuals access preventive and ongoing care beyond the emergency or acute healthcare need that brought them through our doors.
